Warhammer Survivors Characters List

Warhammer Survivors advertises 40+ playable characters at launch, each with unique weapons and starting stats. The confirmed names so far:

Two kinds of character: playable heroes you pick before a run, and followers recruited mid-run. Kozlowski is the second kind — the Lasgun summons him, and more Guardsmen arrive as the weapon upgrades.
How more characters unlock
Paint pots are the collectible that unlocks character forms and secrets — the stated path to growing your roster beyond your starting pick.
The full 40+ roster table — starting weapons, stats, and unlock methods per character — is filled in during launch week from the release build.
