🚧 Demo-era build: Warhammer Survivors launches November 10, 2026. A demo is playable now on Steam and Xbox PC — pages are seeded from demo-era sources and completed at launch.
With only the demo out, an honest tier list has almost no data. Here is how we will rank, and the table that fills in at launch.
How we rank
- Clear speed — how fast a character closes a standard run.
- Safety — starting weapon reach and how forgiving mistakes are.
- Access — how early in the roster/unlock order the character lands.
The tiers

| S | Clears fast, dies rarely | To be ranked at launch |
| A | Strong with a caveat | To be ranked at launch |
| B | Situational | To be ranked at launch |
| C | Outclassed at launch balance | To be ranked at launch |
The roster being ranked
- Malum Caedo, Sebastian Yarrick, Neave Blacktalon — confirmed headliners.
- The Legend of Catachan and Lyssa Revenya — playable in the current demo, so they get the first observations.
First full pass lands in launch week (November 10+) from release-build runs; demo-only impressions never get a tier on their own.
